      My Story

I am a mother of four children. To be honest, before I learned about parenting, I was confused, felt helpless, and at times even lost myself. As I went from raising one child to raising multiple children, the conflicts and issues among my kids often left me exhausted. After losing my temper with them, I would feel utterly alone, powerless, and guilty. I even doubted my ability to be a good mother and felt that parenting was the hardest job in the world.
So, I gradually started to learn. Through books, courses, and my own experiences, I discovered many practical and effective parenting methods. More importantly, I deeply realized that the foundation of raising children begins with the growth and self-development of the parents themselves.
Even now, I sometimes feel tired, and waves of emotions still visit me from time to time. As my children grow, new challenges never cease to appear. But I have transformed—from an anxious and helpless mother into someone who faces difficulties, seeks solutions, and finds ways to overcome them. That is why I’ve decided to share my years of experience, the paths I’ve walked, and the knowledge I’ve gained through practical lessons with every mother who wants to grow, transform, and find joy rather than guilt in motherhood. Whether you are the mother of one child or several, whether you want to improve your connection with your children, guide them emotionally, or develop yourself as a parent, I believe my experiences and methods can truly benefit you.You are not alone. I’ve been through it all too. Just by being here, you are already giving yourself a chance. I am always by your side ❤️
